FREE EVENT: Join us for the Buyer & Supplier Mixer: June 24 & 27, 2022

We invite local growers, food producers, chefs, caterers, restaurants, and community members to join us for this FREE event to build new relationships across the food system!

This event will include one day of virtual workshops and one day of in-person vendor fair, cooking demos, and networking. Free lunch and childcare will be provided!

  • Monday, June 27th: Experimental Station at 6100 S Blackstone Ave, Chicago IL 60637; 10:00am - 5:00pm

Event Overview: Join CFPAC and its partners for a networking experience that will bring together local food growers & producers, distributors, chefs, restaurant owners, and concessionaires across the Metro Chicago foodshed! Participants will have the opportunity to build relationships to strengthen both sales and purchases of locally produced foods. CFPAC and partners will also provide more information about the Metro Chicago Good Food Purchasing Initiative and how local adoption of the Good Food Purchasing Policy (GFPP) can support a community-driven food system.
