Suburban Cook County Microgrant Program

Through the Suburban Cook County Microgrant Program, Chicago Food Policy Action Council in collaboration with the Cook County Department of Public Health and the Cook County Good Food Task Force, partnered with six local food businesses to expand access to healthy, locally sourced emergency meals and produce to food insecure communities across suburban Cook County.
